Dr. Welsh is a proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  Palmer College is the fountainhead of Chiropractic.  She graduated in 1980 with honors and began her career in Illinois before moving to Florida in 1982 and opening her clinic.  Over the years Dr. Welsh has worked with the Lightning, the Bucs, the Mutiny, several high schools, USF and the Storm.  She proudly wears her world championship ring from the Storm.
 

Dr. Welsh received additional sports medicine training in 1990 and holds a diploma in Sports Injuries from the American Chiropractic Association.  Recently she was appointed as a Fellow at the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic.
